Manuel "Nuho" Alefe : Media Production
My name is Manuel Alefe, often going by Nuho “nah-who” with friends and my fathers side of my family. I was born in Tukwila and raised in Burien, having attended Evergreen High School in White Center. Currently attending the University of Washington as a freshman, I intend to major in Informatics.
My personal ambitions with this program is to be able to fulfill by religious obligation to spread the word of orthodox Christianity, a faith that I personally feel warrants being significantly more recognized and represented on a global scale while also simultaneously being able to spread a message and serving as inspiration by giving back to the homeless in urban Seattle, a population in need of assistance.

Abdikarim Hussein : Media Production
My name is Abdikarim Hussein. I was born in Burien, but I lived in Tukwila for a couple of years before moving to White Center during my third-grade year. After completing my studies at Evergreen High School, I enrolled in Highline College, majoring in business, with the hope of becoming an accountant. I joined this organization to help address one of the biggest issues our city is facing - homelessness. As a member of this team, my role is to raise awareness of this issue by managing our social media and website. My intention is to contribute in any way possible to this organization because that is all we can do in this world, which can be cruel and unforgiving.

Melat Akeza : Volunteering Mangment
My name is Melat Akeza and I have been living in the west Seattle area since 2018. Living in white center has exposed me to a whole new community filled with people that look like me. I’m also in my first year at the University of Washington which I am proud to say has been a great learning experience. I’ve been able to explore different majors and figure out what I am most passionate and motivated about which is a mixture of both tech and health and with that knowledge I am planning on majoring on Health Informatics with a minor in data science. With this non-profit organization, I hope to further my understanding of what it means to be an orthodox and how to use what I learned for greater purposes like being a part of an organization that helps the less fortunate.
